Fundamentals in Flow, Balance & Stability: Online & In Person Class

Fundamentals in Flow, Balance, & Stability is a 90 minute class that guides you through fundamental movement patterns that help improve balance, coordination, and establish a sense of flow and connection in your mind and body. This class begins on the floor with time to let go into the ground and prepare yourself to move in new ways.  You will then be guided through movements that promote coordination and balance in a way that allows for new habits to form. You will also spend time on your stomach and then come to standing to apply your refreshed posture to balance and stability movements.  Each class ends with an awareness game.  Movement material for the class is adapted from yoga, fitness, developmental movement, dance, and fitness exercises.

This class has options to join online or in person. Visual demonstration is available in case you are new to class.

Class fee: $20
