bAlleT Online is a class that combines the principles of the Alexander Technique with the principles of Classical Ballet.  The class is taught without a barre, though a support is encouraged for those who are new. The class format is based on a traditional ballet barre, and ends with one or two short center exercises or danced combinations. Learn to dance with throughness and ease!
