In this weekly seminar, students will learn how to observe, identify, and perform the full range of potential movement qualities.  The Effort/Shape framework from Laban will be the base for the movement.  Cecily Dell's book, "a primer for movement description" will be the text.  The class will be both experiential and theoretical using the Alexander Technique as a means for embodying the scope of movement qualities.
