Learn to recognize and how to approach clients/students who live with hypermobility.  This knowledge will help you in supporting your clients/students to build rapport and avoid injury.  Hypermobility can present itself in multiple ways and it is useful for bodyworkers to be aware of the full spectrum of the hypermobile expression. Those living with hypermobility often turn to bodyworkers for guidance and help as supplementary modalities to traditional medicine. 

The class will be led by Alexander Technique teacher Ann Rodiger who lives with Ehlers Danlos Syndromes and has understood the importance of recognizing this specific population.
