Join us for a mediation workshop that leads you to a calmer state of being through integrating your mind and body. In this workshop, you will learn to recognize and “touch” your “calm” so that you can access your nervous system more quickly and with less effort during meditation. The process you learn will help your conscious awareness at work, your interactions with others, and all you do.
This workshop takes place both online via Zoom and in person at the Balance Arts Center in NYC.
