Refine your balance and coordination for walking well!

This class explores the mechanics and coordination of walking. Class begins with a gentle warm up of body movements and learning dynamic balance and whole-body posture using the Alexander Technique. Participants will be led through deliberate practice of the elements of standing and walking which allows you to integrate new habits of movement and awareness. Each class will have a specific focus such as hip joint mobility, strategies for balancing, spatial thinking, breathing while walking, and many more.
